       2019/20 Stan Cornwall Cup - Prelim Round

       34 teams expressed a wish to be included in the competition, so
       a preliminary round draw was made involving four teams at random
       from the 34.
       PRELIM MATCHES - to be played Thursday 10th October at the home
       team's venue
       Loyal Mates  vs  Armourers
       Rayleigh Lanes Sports  vs  Rayleigh Potters - RLS get a BYE to
       R1 due to RP not able to field a team
       Results to be sent to the Match Secretary as per a standard
       league match.
       Please note that it's the responsibility of the home team to
       ensure that the venue is aware of the fixture and that food is
       provided as per a standard league match.  Matches must go ahead
       if both teams can field at least four players, but if the match
       needs to be rescheduled then at least 24 hours' notice must be
       given and a date agreed with the Match Secretary.  Round 1 is to
       be played on Thursday 9th January.
