       3.  MUST not have been reported for anything.
       4.  MUST be active and willing to help players wherever,
       whenever.
       5.  MUST get along with and listen to other staff members/player
       needs.
       IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW ANY OF THESE RULES, YOUR APPLICATION WILL
       AUTOMATICALLY BE DECLINED.
