Other than family events and holidays, do you scrap historical
events? For instance, a presidential candidate visiting your
town or Columbus discovering America, LOL!!

I have done one on Kennedy(like where was I when it happened),
911 Memorial and one about 911 tragedy. I would do one. I also
did one when I attended 9-12 tea party in DC. I think it would
be important and interesting and that future generations would
appreciate and enjoy it.

I haven't yet because I have tons of stuff to scrap still. But,
I have been collecting papers and things to scrap some day. It
will be a history album of what has happened in mine and DH's
lifetime. He's a year younger than me, so we'll start in my year
and just keep going. I know I won't be able to include
EVERYTHING that has happened, but as much as I can...IF I ever
get around to it.

No but many times my DC have questions about " the old times" so
it would interest them. It seems like I just get caught up with
what is happening now,instead.

I've kept some papers on events....
And I bot newspapers the day the grandsons were born - (missed
Gabys - she wasn't induced) so by the time I found out it was
too late!
I do have a pic of Hubert Humphrey when I met him - maybe one
day I'll scrap my Young Democrats days..... pre-Stan......
