We drove two hours to San Diego our friend was there to see the
fireworks they were having a big thing off of 4 barges and it
was supposed to be to this music set perfectly on this one
station...they were supposed to go off at 9:00 and at 8:55 there
was this huge bang of fireworks coming from three different
spots it was huge it STARTLED me and my DD but that was
it....the cops came out at like 9:15 and said they had technical
difficulties and the show was over go home!!! I love fireworks
so it was kind of a letdown!!

OMG Jaclyn.. you were there??? LOL.. yeah those idiots shot them
all at once.. hehe... that sucksssss..... especially if you
drove that far to see them!
I enjoyed them, but Bella was scared... poor girl.. she used to
hand Marc fireworks new years and now she just laid on his
shoulder.. boo.. but she didn't cry, just held on to him, and we
enjoyed the show...

Didn't see one single firework go off this year ... actually

i 've seen how they fire off fireworks and it is by computer
programming. I was fortunate enough to stand behind the pc they
were using to shoot a show. the programming had a glitch in it
blowing them all at once. Sadly. I love San Diego - one of my
favorite cities.

Dh and I (along with a nurse & my friend that works in the
pharmacy at the hospital) watched the fireworks from his
hospital room on the 7th floor and we had a GREAT view! (He is
home now.) I love fireworks displays. I have to say that none
can hold a candle to Disney's fireworks, though.

the Disney fireworks are the best - to bad the crowds are so bad
this time of year - we avoid the parks.
