       Both loaves are out of the oven, done, crusty ... rustic much
       like a round ciabatta bread ... and OMG is it delicious.  I am
       so proud of that fact that on our first ever "yeast bread" try
       we achieved success.  We haven't cut the bread my daughter made
       ... it had cheese and herbs in it, but I know it's going to be
       delicious.
