A electric hand mixer I own a large mixer but here it is under
the cabinet so I bring it out when I bake would love to have a
hand mixer to mash potatoes lol.

It's not so much a gadget, but before I moved I had a wonderful
old dutch oven that had belonged to my mom, I bought a new set
of pots and pans for my 50th birthday and didn't bring the old
dutch oven. WHAT A MISTAKE ... I sure miss that old dutch oven
and would love to find another one.
