my hubby is there today after having a bad toothache all
weekend. I sadly have not been in about 3 years.

a few months ago. We're blessed with a plan we can go every six
months for maintenance. Some free advice. I have bad teeth,
however, my oral B electric brush and mentadent - makes the
visit so much easier and faster. get lost of gum compliments.

Last month.. I had to go in for a cleaning after skipping a
year! I usually go every 6 months and when I was pregnant with
Bella I went 3x..

Yep...go every 6 months.
Lynn...do you think it is the mentadent or the electric
toothbrush that makes the difference? I HATE the plaque
scrapping part and would love to minimize that build up.

I think its both.
I'm not a big flosser (I use a plastic pick to massage when I
get around to it) but the electric brush just whirls around and
its easy to keep your gums up because of that. AND it has a
timer in it. it um...stutters when your time is up on quadrant.
I like mentadent because it has the baking soda in it and for us
less messy. lol!!! Even my DH who's lackadaisial about it gets
good reports.
