       It all depends. Sometimes I cut things out if they are big
       enough and possible. Sometimes I'll smear paint, gesso or put
       cardstock over it to bring it on down and sometimes - I just go
       for it!

       I love me some busy paper yep I do add some soft dots or CS to
       it.

       I really have a hard time with busy paper. I use it but it takes
       me awhile to figure where to use it on my layout.
