These sound yummy Benita, how many cashews do we put in, you
don't have them listed in the ingredients. Cashews are probably
my favorite kind of nut, these would be a yummy treat for
Easter.

Oh WOW!!! This is GORGEOUS And YUMMY!!! all in one. Red and

Benita, Morgan and I made these cookies tonight, they are yummy.
We used macadamia nuts instead of cashews ... and my goodness
they were good. You didn't put a cooking time, we kept ours in
the oven for about 10 minutes and I think that worked out very
well, and one pan we left in for 12 minutes might have been a
bit too much as they are crispier. Thanks for posting the

I am sure they would be yummy with macadamia nuts. Tania we
sure enjoy them, so I am glad you enjoyed. The recipe shows I
tend to bake and cook, a little of this and a little of that...
add a bit more of that because it doesnt look like enough or
learn from expereince you like more or less of something....
just toss in the nuts til it stirs up like it should..lol...
cook til done.... you know when they are done, just when they
look right...hehe.
