No! I buy flowers and then I forget to water them. I buy
veggies and same thing happens, so now I do nothing.

I used to love planting flowers, but, like Diana, I always
killed them. SO, I started buying hearty leafy plants that are
colorful or may bloom with flowers, but always come back. LOL I
still get the color, but not the pain.

I used to have a garden every year when my kids were here (and
could help lol). Last year I tried again, not a big garden
(maybe 4 x 20) and it was overrun with weeds before the first
leaf sprouted! Alas, I just don't have the time to devote to a
garden and I miss it. Love the taste of fresh veggies!
As for flower gardens, I have them in the front of the house and
along the side. Those I have perennials planted so they come
back every year.

not yet, but once the privacy fence goes up I will. right now we
are too close to the woods and I don't want to attract deer and
other critters to the yard

No. I would love to attempt both a vegetable garden & a flower
garden, though.
