Someone had asked about smash books a few months back on here
and I never got around to explaining it. I stumbled upon a great
tutorial for anyone interested. It is a fabulous example.

THAT LOOKED COOL!!
I bought one for the eldest girl chicken of the house. She uses
it for...whatever. Not a lot - but I've seen her use it.
The younger chicken uses notebooks and what-not to "journal" --
but was really super jealous when I bought that smash book - so
she may receive one for her bday.
I need a vacation to document via smash book...dang.
Oooo...or maybe I can document the Disney Cruise? I still have
ALL of that stuff sitting in a gallon sized zip lock bag
(tickets/brochures/pics/etc)...this actually may get done some
time!

I used a Smash book to document Thanksgiving last year. I took
pictures all day and wrote in it as the day went on. Towards
the end of the day I ran out of time but did take more pictures.
Now, all I need to do is get them in there......
I do like this type of "scrapbooking" but I think it's better
suited to a vacation or an event type thing. Just my
opinion.....
