       November Scraplift 2012

I found this layout by Seatrout on scrapbook.com and was
       intrigued.
       I love all the layers.

then I found another by her:

now i want to do one too. I love that things are tucked into the
circles. Usually when you layer you place things on top instead
       of from behind.
       have fun with this one.

       Thank you, Jaclyn and Barb!!!
To be honest It's easier digitally, although it took a lot of
thinking and moving around. The other two Los are done digitally
       also.
But here is how I would do a paper one.
for the first circle distress it a little and use regular
       adhesive.
second circle use pop up foam or dots.
third double up on the pop up foam or dots. (Put one on top of
       the other)
then start adding the embellishments tucking a little bit of it
under each circle. Just tape the part the is tucked under the
       rest leave it dangling.
I'm going to try to do a paper one and do the steps.
       Hope this helps.
