Have you ever had a page or an album even that just wrenched the
emotion out of you.

I've had a couple - pages and an album or two that just drained
me emotionally when I was done and took awhile to recover. The
subjects varied and it was mostly about the journaling.

Yes, I did a few that I can remember. One was a layout that I
did of DD #1, she danced with her father on her wedding day to
the song "My Little Girl" by Tim McGraw. I cried when I did
that and still feel weepy when I see it again. Here it is:

I did get upset while documenting 9/11 for a swap book. We were
supposed to write what we were doing that fateful day. It was
very interesting to get all those layouts and read what others
in my swap group were doing while the day unfolded.

SHerri that brought tears to my eyes....Beautiful.
and yes a few of them. Some I did for therapy and it did make
me feel better , but I don't think I will ever read them again.

Maybe just the last page I did the day before my husband passed
away using a picture taken during our last trip together, which
as it ended up was just a few days before he died. I haven't
scrapped since, not sure when I'll be able to again.
