Oh boy ... it's touch dealing with the service industry
sometimes, if he was the owner/manager April, make sure you tell
everyone you know now to use this guy ... that'll show him, sort
of. >:(
Hope your rugs are clean though ... that's a good thing.

The worst part was --- he didn't do as good of a job as he could
have (or SHOULD have)...and I HAD to have them done (move-out
and all). So I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Or a
clean-ish carpet versus unclean?? I'm at least over my anger,
kind of LOL LOL LOL I have told everyone I can think in the
area that may use them - just to not do it.
