       Solvers' Guidelines

       We have a "Problems for Solving" section, as well as one for
       "Problems with Solutions Given".
       In "Problems for Solving", the solvers need not submit solutions
       unless they are not sure they got it right. They should send
       comments, though. For some problems (marked with an asterisk) an
       explanation is needed, so this needs to be submitted. Using a
       computer is allowed, and comments like "the computer said ..."
       might be interesting.
       In "Problems with Solutions Given", the solutions will be given
       on the website with no explanation. Comments and theme
       interpretations are welcome.
       When the pdf appears with solutions, more details and selected
       comments will be shown.
       Submissions should be sent to an email address. A different one
       is recommended.
       There is no solving ladder, but some recognition could be given
       to people who give the best comments.
