       Guidelines When Creating

       1. Make sure that when filling out the form posted in the
       "Create Your Picture Contest" board, you fill out EVERY form
       field unless specified that it is optional to answer.
       2. If you spam the thread, you will be temporarily banned. No
       warnings will be issued.
       3. You may ask questions in the thread, but only ones relating
       to the form itself.
       4. You will be sent a PM when your submission has been reviewed,
       and the PM will state if your submission has been accepted or
       not.
       5. You will receive the PM within sixteen hours of submission.
       6. By creating a picture contest, you will have to stay
       committed to maintaining it and doing whatever it takes to
       complete it with the satisfaction of its participants. If you do
       not stay committed, your contest will be removed without
       warning.
       7. We are not responsible for keeping track of your contest and
       checking for new replies.
