       How To Install Mods

       1. Download the mod you want.
       2. If you have it saved in, for example, your Downloads folder,
       copy the file.
       3. Go to My Documents.
       4. Click on the folder SimCity 4.
       5. Click on the folder Plugins.
       6. Paste the file.
       PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT FOR MAPS. THIS ONLY FOR MODS, BATS,
       LOTS, ETC. NO MAPS!!!
