CoB, I like that “twin towers” approach, given the roster we
have. Wasn’t that coined with Cartwright/Webster with the
Knicks? I know, showing my age here. Pound the ball inside, and
occasionally go inside/out to TSM, who’s really are only legit
outside shooter. Since Muratori is a RS Freshman, and prob still
has growing potential, I’d put him on a high-protein,
high-calcium diet, and see if we can get him to 7’6”” by
Tournament time.

Do you know how many other schools offered Muratori a
scholarship?

They need to find a way to stay around .500 before ac frey come
back. They need a pg that can create toby had 6 turnovers in 20
mins he’s a freshman. Roberts is chaotic and probably wouldn’t
get playing time otherwise. Policelli needs to figure it out on
offense it can’t just be TSM. Fitzmorris played really well last
night love the mid range jumpers instead of the threes. Sarvan
if he isn’t scoring does nothing no rebounds and as someone said
earlier a big defensive liability. But this is the roster they
have for right now hope it doesn’t go too sideways too fast.

Couldn't find any info on that, so I assume only SBU. He's
definitely a work in progress, but I see some signs of
value.....may take a few years to harness that.

I realize it's a low ceiling but Muratori already looks much
better than Christie. I'd give him more minutes over Sarvan, and
let him develop.

I agree. It took Christie 4 years to actually achieve some
points in any given game

At least I'm sure Geno liked his teams effort tonight. If our
record was based on whether or not Geno liked our effort we'd be
4-0 ;D
[/quote]
Geno's quote from Thursday was so predictable:
"Guys battled hard. It's not an issue of effort. It's impossible
to win on the road with 13 turnovers from the guards and
shooting 0-of-8 from three-point range in the second half as a
team. They wore us down with the pace of the game and made some
big threes in the second half," said head coach Geno Ford.
