If you listen to Priore at the post game interview on the
Athletics site he sounds like the season and the program are
lost causes…and he’s just going through the motions until
retirement.

It's been four games and Stony Brook has scored 0 points in the
2nd half the entire season. I wish I was making that number up.
I don't even need to be watching the games to know that it means
that opposing coaches are making smart, worthwhile halftime
adjustments while Priore just sits on his ass, takes a bathroom
break and washes his hands during those 15 minutes. It's
inexcusable for that to be acceptable behavior for the leader of
a Seawolves team.
His best years weren't even that good enough to be giving him
this long of a leash, he had two seasons where we were top 10
FCS teams. That's not that great and yeah he won some big games
— but not enough.

"Fire Coach P" is enough. He's got to go. Nobody cares about
this program and I'm not going to watch a single game of ours
until he's gone. If I happen to be able to watch our FBS game I
will, but other than that forget it. I'm not paying for Flo to
watch us go three and out and punt with this ineptitude at the
helm.

There wasn’t even a quote in the post game press release, they
just pasted the press conference video. Makes me think they’re
either too damn lazy to find a quote, or even they thought all
his quotes were bullshit and Just said, fuck it, and posted the
whole thing.

I understand your concerns. We are still season ticket holders
for this year only and decided to just tailgate in the lot and
not go inside to watch this team be humilated.

One word for this program - EMBARRASSING!
This coach needs to be dismissed yesterday, Do you ever watch
his press conferences after the game. He always says how hard
the kids competed. You know why? Because that's how he is judged
so the problems have to be else where. I get Stony Brook cares
more about academics and they should but why cant we have both?
We are not the best academically in the FCS, we didn't even have
one player on the top 50 all academic team last year. By no
means am I down on these kids but they deserve better.

The amount of illness this team is also experiencing is unreal.
The trainers just return sick kids into the mix daily without
keeping them away. One sick kids turns into two then two to four
and before you know it, the entire roster is sick in some way or
another not being able to perform. But when a dictator is at the
helm, the underlings will do anything to save there own skin at
the cost of the player. Shame, this entire program needs an
overhaul. SH kept looking back at the crowd from the field as if
he was unhappy seeing the few fans leaving that did attend. He
needs to man up and take action.

Heilbron needs to make the tough call
Again, this is still a well funded FCS program. This IMHO is
still a pretty good job. Maybe I'm hopeless but when I was in
Stony Brook back in the 2006-2010 window, the stands used to be
packed. There was energy in that stadium. I think with the right
team this stadium will be packed. Watching Priore ball is not
exciting. It is impossible to watch college football without
good QB play.
