This game went south quickly. I guess that's what happens when
the offense struggles to get a first down and W&M starts every
drive at midfield

Adjustment, adjustment, adjustment, adjustment. This loss
actually bothers me more than the other ones. Priore's team has
the talent and was the more TALENTED team on the field today.
But when you do not adjust at halftime to the inevitability that
a team that has watched your packages will adjust themselves,
that's a failure.
I don't care how many points we score in the 1st half. The
measure of Priore's competency is how many we score in the
second half. Zero, Zero, Zero and Zero.
Even Kornheiser at times had difficulty rationalizing Priore's
punt on W&M's 40 in the 3rd quarter, the constant long 3rd
downs, the complete lack of appreciation that W&M would at some
point close off the holes he found in the 1st half.
Priore is not a bad person. He is not a poor worker. He has
players who love him, many of them. Pretty much ALL of the
marquee wins that SBU has had at any level were Priore's. We can
rationalize why one vs. another happened all we want, but we
cannot take those things away from Priore as a person and as a
coach. He has influenced many lives, mostly for the positive.
I'm sure he's also frustrated by his more recent performances as
a coach (I'm not convinced that he doesn't care - his interviews
really just make him seem tired). He could make a case around
injuries hindering this year, but regardless I do believe that a
change is needed. Priore's system is no longer in Stony Brook's
best interest.

Academically we are climbing the ranks.
But we lost all the steam and have regressed in athletics. Its a
shame because we improved our conference affiliation and
mistakenly thought we had the coach to guide us.
Coach Priore has to go. He got comfortable with his pay and
minimum effort. I honestly dont think he is putting his greatest
effort
I will be attending the game at Fordham. I hope we dont get
embarassed by the Rams again

It’s really difficult to go to the game and watch an inept
offense. You can put up with a shootout, but to have to scratch
and claw for a single first down, with almost no passing game to
speak of, is hard to rationalize.

Priore is an $SS hole and doesn’t care about anybody except
himself. A real coach would hear the cry from the boosters,
fans, and community and do something about it. Priore clearly
does not have what it takes to be a D1 coach, and needs to
leave. But SH won’t do that. People are fed up with this
program, and are bailing out in droves

Priore coaches scared with his offense. I've never seen a team
where second and long is such an obvious running down. The last
SB drive in the first half was a perfect example. Even when SB
had the ball 1st and 10, you knew that W&M was much more likely
to score in the final 2 minutes than SB.

I'm not donating a dime to this Athletics department until
Priore is fired. This team is a joke and we are reaching the
point of no return. The stadium will be a ghost town the rest of
the year with a brief reprieve for homecoming.
The offense remains a joke. The defense has tried to keep up but
this guy simply does not know how to coach in 2022.
Stony Brook QBs are 28-73 (38% completion percentage) with 1TD
to 7INT. That is probably the worst QB situation in the country.
I remember when I used to be critical when Joe Carbone was the
QB but he's Tom Brady compared to our QB room now.

We should start a donation and pull money together to make a
banner and hire an advertising plane to fly over lavalle stadium
on game day. The banner will say.” Fire coach P or I leave”!!
