Gotta be brief ... stream of thoughts on this one ...
I love Lowell. Not the city (don't be ridiculous) but the team.
If nobody transfers, they're going to bring everybody back
above, and that's not even mentioning Connor Withers and Bryce
Daley, who I can't find much info on but I can only assume
       they're injured.
In particular, Max Brooks is just an awesome commodity. Without
question, one of us will say "wish we had a kid like him"
tomorrow night. He's got a good array of moves underneath,
really good athlete, rangy, great on the pick-and-roll and
protects the rim. Him AND Withers underneath? That's trouble for
       AE teams.
I also like Hikim a lot. He came to UML from La Salle and has
been an excellent find. NOT a shooter, but I feel like he's
always in the mix, and when he has the ball, he is going north
or south and that's it. QUICK.
They had two of the conference's biggest wins in non-conference
play, stunning Dayton and pounding GW. Justin Faison was key to
       that, scoring a team-high 21 in a 59-58 victory, but his
production has been up and down since, and he hasn't appeared in
the last two games for Lowell.
Lowell was an offense-first team in the past, with guys like
Noel and Lutete willing to open things up. This group's more
about what they do on D. They're one of the best in the country
in defending the two, but have seen conference opponents hit
almost 40 percent of their threes. I wonder if that evens out
       over the final few weeks.
I'm really curious how we respond after back-to-back buzzer
       beaters.
I've thought before that Jenkins' game reminds me of Curry's
(bear with me here) ... and I would bet a lot that he is his
favorite player. But you think about what the offense looks like
with Curry running around screens to get open. And sure, their
handle is incredible. Both of them. But if there's none of that
activity and it's just a guy dribbling, you're looking at James
Harden in Houston, in D'Antoni's offense. And while it's
impossible to overlook what he can do with a basketball,
including shoot it, it just isn't an attractive/winning brand of
       basketball.
Just an analogy. Not a perfect one. But I think there are
       similarities.

According to ESPN SB is favored by 4. Don't think I could ever
bet against SB but Lowell seems like a good bet.

Good on the students to show up with signs to support us being
allowed to play in the conference tournament.
       Brooks with two early fouls.

Did TV give an explanation for that tech on Roberts? The way I
saw it, the defender didn’t let him land. Maybe Roberts mouthed
       off?

They called a flop on Arob, which was a bad call, They showed
replay, and ARob clearly down on the kids’ foot after the shot.

We shot it well, Brooks didn’t play for the final 16 minutes,
and we were still tied at the half. Gulp.
       Good start to the second.

clutch play from roberts. lots of traffic and got it done. a
third consecutive heartbreaker wouldve really crushed this team.

Not sure how ARob got that shot off, let alone got it in. After
major Geno blunder pulling Our best defender (Greene) for Habwe
on prior possession. You don’t save Greene for OT, you go for
close out win there on defense. Especially since Habwe has had 3
really poor games in a row. Also, I would have had Arob miss
that last free throw with 1.4 seconds left and Lowell with no
TO’s left. All said, happy for the kids, after 2 tough losses.
