A lot of guys who are gonna want minutes interested to see how
this develops. Team looks good right now but its also Maine.
Game has been very chippy so far too.

The depth is really something. You gotta go at least nine deep
before I start to get concerned. When Roberts went down, you
started to look ahead at what our team might look like, and it
still looked pretty solid. With him, we can just shuttle in guy
after guy, all of whom are assets.

I didn't get to watch. Glad Anthony is OK because that sounded
very bad here at first.
HOWEVER... Up by 21 with 8 minutes left. Cruising to an easy
win, right? Maine cuts it down to 5. We win by 8. This game
should be an easy blowout to boost our KenPom back up, but
instead it falls even further. We were in the top 200 a few
weeks ago and headed the wrong way now. Road @ Vermont next. At
full strength (hopefully?), we'll need an upset to prove our
ground.

We've been outstanding in the turnover column, but also very
careless with the ball against the press in a few closeout
spots. That was very uncomfortable today, and a better team
might have made us pay.
Once we were up big, I thought we settled for too many threes,
even early in the possession. You have to respect the opponent,
and I thought we played down to them in the last 10-15 minutes.
That said, I’m mostly good with the type of threes we’re taking.
Policelli’s good from 25 feet in when he’s in rhythm.
DuHart was a big DNP, and Masic's usage was curious.
That was clearly ESPN's D team as far as production goes. 15
second replays, camera all over the place, FirstName/LastName on
a graphic ... not good. I enjoy Wincott and Pavinelli though.
Big week ahead with Vermont and UNH. And then after a couple
games, we get them again. They should be good tests on the
glass, which is still a department I'm uneasy about.
