You really have to give Bryant credit. To have to come in here
without Kiss and Elisias and scratch and claw for 40 minutes was
really fun to watch. You kept waiting for us to pull away but we
couldn't.
I also credit our guys for stringing a couple buckets together
every time Bryant got close. Jenkins had some huge makes for us
in the second half. His floater game is pretty sweet. In the GMU
and Kansas games, when there were a few more trees, I thought he
had trouble finishing, but what we're seeing now is fantastic.
When we space the floor and move the ball, we're tough to guard.
Roberts and Jenkins are just such forces offensively. Really,
who have we had in the past who can take guys off the dribble
like them? I mean, ever. And add JRod too. I've been really
impressed with what he's done for us.
And you just can't say enough good things about Tykei. And hey,
a big effort from Habwe too.

Really solid win loved the way everyone was sharing the ball.
Now not to look to far ahead but these next two games are very
winnable. We could really build up some momentum heading into
the Florida game and im sure you all saw they lost to winless
Texas Southern earlier this year. So we wont take them by
surprise but who knows what happens if we get hot.

good win. it appears that we are up or down game by game, but
of course, with covid protocols we know that many teams
(ourselves included) arent always at full strength. have to
wonder how much better we can look with players like sayles and
olaniyi back at some point. GO SB
