One thing to keep in mind is that the 2022 Spring Roster has not
been published as far as I know so we don’t know who has left
the program since the season ended.
Also keep in mind all of these PWO’s until they arrive in August
could end up not coming here as they could decide at the last
moment to go elsewhere.
Also there could be Coaching changes that haven’t been announced
yet that could happen either before or after Spring Practice

That is the most predictable outcome at this point, I just am so
disappointed that they are letting him ride out his final year
in glory given how straight up bad his results have been since
2018. I wish they had the chutzpah to avoid this lame-duck
season.

They don't have the $450,000 for a buyout, plus a minimum of
$300,000 it would take to get a semi-decent coach, plus some
staff would probably be replaced, which is even more money. At
this point it makes sense to wait out the contracts and not pay
buyouts while adding new money. It's a sad situation.
