I'm noticing SB is back to taking in Juco Transfers from
California again. It would be nice to see some kids from the
East Coast or even the midwest. Why some much love for this
       State??

SBU offered north of 15 JUCO's, many of whom played together at
       City College of San Francisco.

I'm all for it personally. New York isn't a football talent
hotbed. Don't we want more out of state students anyway? Makes
       sense to me.

The mid west states produce some really good football players
too. I can’t recall SbU ever recruiting studs from that part of
       the country

long time troller lol, first post. Thanks for the opportunity to
join to who run the Forum. So I just had to ask with all the
PWO's being offered/accepted it seams like they saturate the
roster with multiple players per position as PWO's, while also
bringing on studs who are coming in on full scholarship? So do
these PWO's have opportunity's on the Roster before a full
scholarship player? Sorry if a naive question. Tomorrow is
early signing day so that's got to be a topic of discussion i'm
       sure in coming days.

Welcome aboard troller, lol. Just kidding. To answer your
question. Some players with PWO eventually will get a
scholarship from SB but most won't, and many eventually transfer
out of the program. Either stop playing football altogether or
transfer to another school. I [personally know a few PWO from
the area who did just that. Thats the business of college
football. Nothing is guaranteed and kids move in and out of
programs on a daily basis lately.

from New York and California and over the next few weeks there
will be more added to this talented group

       signed with JMU
