Big fight in the endzone, fists flew, things got ugly. A ref got
caught in the middle of it.

I cant find one single article in Newsday about yesterday's
football game. Nothing. Can somebody post a link. If there even
is an article. I think Newsday writers are trying not to shame
SB football because of yesterday's dismal and pathetic outcome.

SH was very excited about making sure SB did football this
spring. I bet you that hes now embarased by what is happening.
He wasted money playing football in the spring. I bet Newsday
wasnt even at the game yesterday. There would of been a story
already. If your daily news paper is not covering the only FCS
football game on Long Island yesterday there is something wrong
and your going in the wrong direction. Did LIU play yesterday?
Was there anything in Newsday?

LIU plays today, the NEC is playing spring ball on Sundays for
some reason. Newsday has not been sending a reporter to SBU or
LIU games, they're being doing write-ups based on the stats
while getting quotes via the SIDs. It's sad when even Newsday
won't write a piece about Stony Brook football. But where's the
Statesman's piece. The sports editor was at the game, the dope
live-tweeted it. It's been almost a day since it ended, wheres
his piece. The only quote from Chuck came via the press release,
and that quote basically blamed the loss on the kicker missing
the XP early in the game.

Probably for the better. Let's just pretend the spring season
isn't happening.

This is a disaster. For my own psyche I will just make believe
that this Spring Season is just training for the Fall 2021
