backcourt be a defensive liability due to their size?

I think in a bigger conference I might be concerned with that,
but I don't think the AE is going to run out these physical
guards that are going to bully those guys down low, plus we have
Gueye to provide help if need be. Maura and Lyles did all right.
I'll take my chances with what they can do offensively. I
thought we did all right when we went small last year too.
They're all listed as guards, but Greene's basically a 3, and
Roberts is probably that in the AE too.

Ah, that's too bad. There goes Gueye. Gotta find some size.

I had just begun to think that, with the influx of talent to
make a run at a title, he was going to stay. That said, I
totally get the allure of playing in a power conference.

He's going shopping. He'll probably leave, but there's a
chance he'll stay.

the results are clear.

“ Stony Brook senior big man Mouhamadou Gueye (9.7 ppg, 7.1 rpg,
3.1 bpg) has heard from the following, he told @Stadium, since
hitting the portal:
Penn state, Boston College, Pitt, Texas Tech, SMU, DePaul and

Well, he’s gone.
Nothing else we can do when names as big as those come calling.
We need inside help badly now though.

I don't disagree, but he has to ask himself if he wants to be
role player for those teams or a starter for us. Olaniyi can't
really lobby for him to say, since he did the transfer thing to
Miami. I'd say 75% chance that he leaves. If Sayles elects
not to play, we're in deep trouble with size.

My guess Sayles returns. But beyond that I'm not worried about
Habwe Greene policelli as our forwards. I don’t think its a 100
percent Gueye leaves maybe some guys who left to go to high
major bottom feeders can talk to him. Also is this late to enter
the portal?

So lower level teams in power conferences like we saw with the
group that left last year.
