I agree with your wish list, and I'll add to it:
Minimum of 5'6", has to be able to hit 75% from the FT line,
willing to forego 3-point heaves even if coaching staff demands
it, minimum experience of playing in middle school (or knowing
someone who has played in middle school).

Shit, if that's what you're looking for, I'm sure the NCAA can
find me another year of eligibility, I am a very recent
graduate. Gimme a couple of months with the trainers to shed
about 30 pounds and I'll lace up at PG. Played from
seventh-senior year of high school. Put me in coach, I'm ready.

Lol, AirTurn, we’ll get you in as a 5th year transfer, and get
you on the treadmill and bike.

Im not getting the talk about Gueye for a fifth year? He has
played four and surely will have degree and with his
athleticism a good pro contract overseas. Why in under any
circumstances would we think he'd stay?

He's gonna need a fifth year at a better school to earn a good
pro contract. Right now Mo would probably get a deal with a
low-down Euro team. Another year in school, with the trainers
putting on some muscle, with more consistent players around him
would boost his stock. Spoke to a friend who scouts in Israel
for a second-tier team, told me the team would not take him at
       his current size and play.

I don't know why he'd stay – maybe he loves it here? – but I'd
have him back in a heartbeat. P5 schools are surely in his ear
       though.

Mo will have a lot of P5 schools after him who will want him as
a shot blocking center. But in the off chance he would return i
think he could have a dominant season. I struggle to see how him
       and sayles can coexist though.

incorporated several new players without the benefit of a summer
program while managing the back-to-back conference format. There
are no excuses for a 9-14 record. Geno Ford expects to win more
games, and I expect to win more games. Both of us share the
expectation that we will be back to our winning ways in 2021-22.
We know what we need to do in order to be more successful, and
we have the talent on our team to make it happen. I'm extremely
proud of how hard our guys competed all year and am excited to
see them back on the court (along with some key newcomers — and
       our fans!) in November.

SH is being played by his HC. Every one knows who GF is. CAnt
recruit and cant keep players. GF has never been able to keep
players. I am curious in his career how many of his recruits
stayed with him for four years and graduated. I would guss its
       not that many.
