I believe it was by invitation only?? My son didn't say anything
about him going to the showcase or not. I'll find out and get
back to you. I know 2 players were invited from WM. Dollan and
Gafney.
P.S. Rumors has it UCONN is showing interest in Kevin Dollan for
the DE position.

SBU has lost its top recruiter as Tony Thompson who recruited
Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens, most of Nassau County and parts
of Suffolk County, as well as Special Teams Coach has left to
take the same position at West Virginia University

Okay. There's something fishy going on over at SBU. If this
doesn't tell you there is an internal issue with the athletic
program, then I don't know what to say. All I know is. I've been
trying to renew my season tickets for 3 weeks now and they don't
have anybody working in the ticket office who can accommodate my
request. The same goes for a buddy of mine who sits next to us.
He made several attempts to call and pay for his seats . SH has
better get his act together and hire people to work that booth,
otherwise, only the Seagulls will be watching the game come
September. And fire that HC, too..

Campi. Coach Thompson is not taking the same position. He is now
the ST analyst at WVU. But good for him. He was a great asset
while he was here

Regardless, sports teams at SB are going in the wrong direction
and assistants are leaving. A serious change needs to happen. SH
needs to do something fast or start looking for a new job.

I'm legit starting to feel complete apathy towards SBU sports
now. Total 180 from a couple years ago. We're in a real crappy
situation and there's no way of changing it on the horizon in
the foreseeable future.

That's a shame that those things are happening.
Completely dysfunctional program.
I'm sure the pandemic has made it difficult for many FCS
programs across the country. I just hope we can bounce back
I'm surely looking towards some football this Fall!
