It’s finally official former LIU HC Bryan Collins will be SBU’s
DL Coach and he will recruit 47 HS Programs on LI plus Queens
and Staten Island

i have a question- why 47? does SB (or other schools too) have
an unwavering list that they stick to? just curious. seems
very rigid if so...

Maybe, just maybe he can take over the HC job at SBU. If he is
as respected and his recruiting is as good as they claim!!

I heard a rumor that SBU has scholarship 3 former walk-ons Matt
Mirabito OL Bay Shore, Chris Cappozolla Athlete ESM and Niko
Papic LB Bayside. If this is true it shows potential PWO’s that
if you come here and work hard you to can earn a scholarship

I don’t know how many of heard that the State Colleges in many
places have told students if you plan on being on campus in any
capacity you must have had your Covid-19 Vaccine and as a result
kids are giving up their athletic scholarship rather than
getting it. The top SBU commitment for the 2021 Class Ali Lee a
Athlete from NJ decided to for go his full scholarship then get
the shot

I am not surprised about that. My son is a Junior at SBU and
they made him get vaccinated. My son was seriously considering
transferring to another University when he first got the letter
from SBU back in June that all students had to be vaccinated to
attend this school. Against his will, he got his 2nd shot on
Monday and has been homesick for two days with Flu-like
symptoms, fever, body ache,etc.
A lot of kids don't want to be vaccinated, and I cant say I
don't blame them.
