Agreed, this thing is wide open, although I personally
haven't seen UMBC play yet. We need to do a better job of
getting the most out of what we have. Today's 1st half
effort on D, aided by some horrible Hartford shooting, was
noteworthy, and something to build on.

I actually thought we really missed McKenzie today. When we
closed out NJIT, it was him and JRod on the floor together.
Hartford’s guard play is very good between Carter, Williams,
Mitchell and Henry, and I thought we could have used his steady
hand. And he’s suddenly this offensive asset – very strange.

Geno Ford is a hack as a Head coach. I'm sorry guys. But SB
men's Basketball really is a laughing stock. Where's AD Fiore
when you need him.

Whatever Fiore did to advance the Athletic Department, he also

maybe even 3 steps.
fact is, fiore had good timing. if this had happened 6 years
later, he would have been barbecued in the press, daily. he's
lucky, AND he got paid out.

Hartford shoots 3-26 from 3 yesterday and win. They will shoot
better today and this game has us getting blown out all over it.
They keep talking about Sayles being the defending AE player of
the week - well he is not that player normally and a blind
squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.

CoB, this team doesn’t have a good shooter. Geno complains that
we’re not shooting well. So whadda we do, bombs away. This has
become a coaching problem, not making adjustments. Move the damn
ball, and no shots from beyond 15’. Back to basics.

Not sure why LES hasn’t been getting minutes.,He’s athletic and
always hustles. Creates energy.
