       a 5-year contract to an assistant coach who doesn't have a
       proven winning track record.  I could see 2 or 3-year contract
       max, out of the gate then reevaluate after year 2. But 5????
       This program deserves what it gets.

       We make the most baffling contract decisions and it's the reason
       why our programs languish in mediocrity for years and years
       despite paying good money to our coaches. BS.
