I’ve watched most the of games this year curious if anyone
thinks this team can make the tournament? And make any noise if
it got there? I think its an average team but they might only
need to be slightly above average to get in.

IMO, probably any of 6 teams can win it this year. Lots of
parity. Amazing that we have a shot after losing last year's
team. Vermont not nearly as dominant without Lamb.

Welcome Knicksbu99! Agree with what OldSeawolf said above. Too
much parity in the league. No one stands out. Whichever teams is
in form during AE playoffs will make it to the dance. Having
said that the AE representative to the dance will probably be a
16th seed and will get beaten by more than 20 points! I don’t
expect any noise from whichever team that makes it.

I think we are an average team, but I also think this is a
league full of very mediocre teams. So yes, we can make a run.
Having said that though, we tend to make life for the other
teams easy. Way too many bad turnovers, taking bad shots, not
hustling back on defense. For us to win it, we will need to
play smart for three games in a row. I am not sure we are
capable of that.

I just don’t think I’ve seen enough cohesion on offense to think
we can score when we need to. And who is the guy we feed in a
tight spot? I really don’t know.
Vermont will not have played in a month by the time we go up
there next weekend.

I truly believe that whatever five we have on the court at any
time, they all think they are that guy. That's a huge problem.

Agreed and that is the growing pains of having a bunch of new
guys there is no role hierarchy. Also sidenote it seems
policelli’s injury has been there for awhile if he cant go this
weekend i think we can still get a split but it will be
difficult. I think he is a smart defender and he stretches the
floor when hes on point. Time for Les and habwe to do more. Who
knows why geno wasn't playing Les more earlier hes scrappy.

It's been a bizzarro season, that's for sure. First we lose our
returnees, then we had no idea if a season was going to get
played, and now we have a bunch of newbies who really aren't
scorers, trying to piece something together. Geno's had a
challenge with all the new faces for sure, but I agree that
there is no cohesion on the offensive end, and I have to put
blame on the coach for that (Hint to Geno: we’re shooting 28.9%
from 3-land as a team). And who is the man at crunch time?
It's not Policelli, it's not Rodriquez, and it's not Mo (because
he will have fouled out by then). Maybe it's Kadisha, who for
those don't know, has been a bench warmer the last 2 seasons.
Still, in the land of the bizzarro season, we still probably
have a shot at a Title, in the land of mediocrity. Go Figure.
