I'm not going to get too much into this, guys. This is a total
mismatch and I suspect we win it by at least 20.
ICYMI, Point Park is an NAIA school that counts Dennis Miller
and a lot of good Broadway talent among its alumni.
Of its four losses this year, three are to Division I teams. The
fourth was to the Bryant & Stratton-Buffalo Bobcats.
I guess more time together on the floor is good. We've had a
pretty difficult non-conference schedule to this point, winning
probably the only game we were supposed to. Binghamton won't be
a pushover next weekend, not with a solid nucleus of Bruce,
Mills and Tinsley. I like the Icelandic kid too.
Interesting stat ... in our Division I history, we have had five
seasons with more assists than turnovers – the four years Jameel
Warney was here, and then the year after with Woodhouse running
the show. Before then and since then, it's been the other way
around. We have 65 assists and 87 turnovers so far this year,
and while this game against turnover-prone Point Park will
undoubtedly close the gap, I suspect it won't be enough.

       Should be a tune-up win, but not sure we'll cover Checkmate's 26
       points.....

Nice to see TSM finally on the floor, and hitting his first shot
       of the day.

       habwe starting for gueye.
am i wrong to say that DI athletes should be able to layup with
the weak hand? just curious; maybe this is a P5 thing, not
       AE....
also we should probably take shots when rebounders are in the
       paint, maybe that's rhetorical.

       that is what i thought.
i acknowledge that this is not the same level of competition,
but why not just give the ball to Sayles when open.

How much stock if any should be put into this game its an
obvious mismatch. And point park is shorthanded

Unless they’re hurt, surprised Geno hasnt played TPP, McKenzie,
Diallo, Christie, and Kadisha. Maybe we’ll see them in the 2nd
       half.

If you can't get time when up 38 in a meaningless game against
an NAIA team, then I don't know when the time's going to come.
