If only the beat writer for The Statesman had sources to get the
scoop on what's going on.... "Rodriguez looking good, but I dont
like his shot-first mentality; we had enough of that from our
“PG” last season." Makale actually fared pretty well last night
for Cal but he's still chucking up way too many shots. Its
hysterical.

Guys, somebody has to shoot the ball. We have better options? At
least he's being assertive.
There just isn't anybody close to Yeboah, Olaniyi, Garcia, even
Latimer on this team, at least from what I've seen so far. Gueye
is 1 for 9 with seven turnovers through three halves.

accurate.
maidoh has 3 PFs. and we have a lead!
greene is built like a 3 and rebounds like a 5. he's versatile
to have on the floor.

Gueye showing great D as he comes in 2nd half with an immediate
block and a couple of forced turnovers...and now a back door
jam. This is the mismatch we need (and a recovery from a poor
first half).
