1 HS scholarship and I believe they want to save 2 for potential
transfers. This is the first class that they never had on campus
       for an official visit

Former Northport HS QB Ryan Walsh will be walking on he has a
very strong arm and is mobile but has not played very much since
he graduated two years ago because of injuries

Maybe one day before I am dead, SB will actually recruit a
highly desirable QB with multiple offers.

SBU picked up a commitment from Jaidan Jackson. Campi knows his
play the most out of anyone here. He's a 6-foot 3-inch,
270-pounder defensive lineman who transferred to a school in
Georgia for his senior year due to Covid. His brother Jordan
       plays for SBU.

Jackson is a special player and I have seen play since he was a
freshman and I believe as long as he stays healthy will be an
All American and a force in the CAA
Sadler is another player that I have watched play since he was a
freshman along with Hoerter they both are outstanding

I am very shocked Jackson is staying home. He surely had to had
       other FCS offers..

FBS schools did their due diligence, but never ever extended an
offer. In the end, it was SBU, Fordham, Gardner Webb, and
       Tennesse Tech.

Former Star player at Westhampton and one of the top freshman in
the FCS last year at LIU Liam McIntyre is now in the transfer
portal and SBU has offered him a PWO. In my opinion I think he
comes here and gets a scholarship in December

Just curious. Why would he come to SB with a PWO if another FCS
school offers him a full ride? It would be a gamble on his part
to take that chance and hope for a scholarship from SBU.

The only reason I can see him doing this is all the FCS teams
are in the same boat because of all the seniors being given an
extra year scholarships are limited so he probably would have
walk on at any College he chooses for the first semester.
Also keep in mind any player who has a great Spring Season could
get offered a FA Contract and if the money is guaranteed why not
take it that being said a scholarship or two may come available
       sooner rather then later.
