       makes me think even if SB had a better passing PG, the benefit
       would be marginal because none of their 4's and 5's can score
       consistently on the inside.

       I had that play right in front of me - Mo should have been ready
       for it. We're not a great passing team, and our bigs are not
       great receivers of passes. Jeff and The Chef both have glass
       hands and are often aloof to what's going on offensively, and Mo
       hasn't been as sharp of late either.
       Makale is a lightning rod at times, but over his last 7-8 games,
       the shot selection has been dubious and he's missed some shots
       badly. He's very quick, but he is a natural 2, not a 1. Coach
       Ford has been cutting him a lot of slack because he knows that
       Makale is streaky and can catch fire at any time. Still, I
       agree, the shot selection needs to be tempered.

       Elijah’s absence was felt. I saw Mo and Miles completely botch
       what should have been easy layups late, Elijah would have went
       in hard and finished those. on the other end, Ryan Davis for
       Vermont got those buckets easily in the first half. Agree that
       Garcia should have been driving more at the end.

       looks like two things are holding this team back. self, and

       Another observation over the last few games is that Ford's
       rotation is changing/evolving (maybe related to Elijah being out
       or maybe not):
       - Jeff Otchere has been losing minutes. Jeff is somewhat of a
       liability on offense, and his defensive presence, IMO, has been
       less impactful of late (certainly no DPOY this year);
       - Mackenzie minutes have dropped even further than what he was
       getting earlier in the year. TSM and TPP the beneficiaries of
       this;
       - Latimer's minutes down, in favor of TPP, in particular. Miles
       is working hard, but his shooting has tailed off this year
       (sophomore jinx?), and even his FT % has been down. Watching
       Geno's body language with him, I think Miles may not be in
       Geno's Circle of Trust at the moment;
       Bottom line, I think Geno favors guys being in there who are
       scorers first, rather than passers or defenders, since we have
       been offensively challenged somewhat this year.
