we take too many three pointers. we missed twenty this time
around, and then, as sometimes happens to us when we get upset,
ran out of time on the comeback.
4man went 2/10; at what point do you cut losses and conclude
it's not your night?
and there were two deep attempts that didnt even register (4man
blocked; garcia fouled). both misses.

It's exhilarating when the 25-footers go in, but I'm never
comfortable when they go up and when they miss it's as deflating
as a make would fire us up. We're averaging 25 three attempts a
night (top 30 nationally) and rank 71st in percentage (pretty
good). We have shooters finally and I'm glad we're using them.
Take away those lower-percentage attempts and I'm good with what
we're doing.

I thought Bing took a lot of low-probability shots: fade-away
midrange jumpers and their own deep threes from the big man and
Sessoms.

agreed- i like when we score!!! hope that's not in question
here...
and same- i'd like to see better threes taken. not the default;
work it inside, then pop out for the deep threat.
