Long Island's top 100 high school boys lacrosse players for 2021

Dominick Genzale, North Shore, LSM, Sr.
A relentless, skillful LSM who can play anywhere on the field.
The Stony Brook commit scooped up 52 ground balls.
Jared Morales, Port Washington, M, Sr.
He scored 11 goals out of the midfield last season. He's headed
to Stony Brook.
Patrick Selhorn, Carle Place/Wheatley, A, Sr.
Selhorn has a high lacrosse IQ and is strong as a dodger and a
shooter. He’ll go to Stony Brook next season.
Peter Traina, Westhampton, M, Sr.
A four-year player who is a natural goalscorer. Traina had 39
goals as a sophomore and will be playing at Stony Brook next
year.
Chris Zara, St. Anthony's D, Sr.
The Stony Brook commit is a strong and reliable close defender.

with the transfer craziness, and the squad losing 7 (3 of which
were "grads"), here are some new faces:
grad transfer defenseman comes in from Mount Olive U, from
Dallas, Jacob Williams:

selhorn, ickert, mccormick, ciaccio, kabuto
and here is who "committed" (whatever that means anymore) and
isnt listed: none, which is a first for us (maybe ever!?!?!)
here's who is not on the roster from last year (keep in mind
it's a bit hard to figure out who is transferring vs a covid
senior doing a grad year elsewhere): thompson (newberry),
dolciotto, estrella (?), pinto, maynard, hebert (wagner),
harrell, kaschalk (wagner), cassidy (wagner). but also, there
are names that were 5th year seniors this year, so do with that
what you will.
so that's ~20 new faces.

just make sure to read this closely- it's top ten transfer
classes, not classes. we are in good company here. the
pandemic benefitted SB in this sense (location, grad school,
price tag).
note a few names here do not appear on the roster yet. but i
heard that Gilardi brought in 25 players and we only see about
20 new faces on the roster, so this closes the gap.

from St. Anthony's and IMG Academy (via UVa) is joining both
football and lax, Chris Merle '22.
