       Pay to watch!!

So now, SB is charging $15 a month to watch home games on
something called, " Seawolves on demand". I guess the days of
watching your local college team play are no longer free. Stony
Brook Athletics better start winning some Playoff games if they
think they can now start charging a fee to watch them compete.
It's one thing If SB was playing Power 5 teams, but paying money
to watch them play AE teams, NAAAAAAAA. I'm good!!!!

       is this all sports?
id give $15 to see my alma mater IF:
       -the stream is clear
-and has a clock, scoreboard, etc.
       -the feed doesnt break down
-we have announcers that understand what they're watching
-archived games (for certain sports, at least)

I'm confused by this since we already have a media deal with
ESPN putting all our AE stuff on ESPN+, and the CAA FloSports
deal covers the football. If this is for the couple football
games that aren't on Flo then this is a terrible deal as our
current streaming quality is NOT worth paying $15 a month for
over a couple of games. If this is pure Video on Demand of old
games, then maybe it could be worth it if it had EVERY SBU game
going back about a decade. If I could get access to our old Big
South football games, or the 2016 AE title game vs Vermont that
sent us to the tournament then it would be worth it as those are
VERY hard to find on ESPN3/+.

First time poster, long time lurker...listen I love complaining
about things when justified but you guys need to take a step
back and actually read what this program is. It has a difficult
to interpret name which may have caused some confusion.
However, I have no idea where anybody got the idea that this is
a streaming membership. As VERY clearly stated on the webpage:

What access will Seawolves On Demand members have?
Each membership purchased will have one (1) ticket to all
       football, men's basketball, women's basketball, men's lacrosse
and women's lacrosse regular season home games waiting at will
       call. [/quote]
This is a TICKET membership plan to get access to all these home
       games.
Before making a post and jumping off the deep end, take a breath
       and pause.

Two years later, and here we are. Basically were able to watch
two quarters on Flosports last Saturday. A direct reflection on
Emmerich and Heilbron. They don't seem to care. If they did,
after last spring's streaming issues, this would have been fixed
       for the fall. Clowns.
