Wish Akwasi well; solid player and solid citizen!
Very surprised he's going to Rutgers, of the 6 schools that were
in play. I thought he'd turn pro quite frankly. And I thought
his visit to Rutgers was more of a courtesy to Pikiell who
recruited him out of England. Guess not.
He'll get plenty of playing time at RU, but at best, they're a
.500 club in the Big Ten, imo, with the loss of Jay Young.

Certainly don't want to be accused of being a rumor monger here,
but I could have sworn that Akwasi Yeboah had "decorated" his
twitter account with Rutgers stuff. Now there is nothing there
to indicate that he's part of Rutgers. His latest post talks
about him taking a summer class alongside a surgeon.
Could he have reneged on Rutgers? Especially after one of their
stars bolted the last couple of days?
I'm probably way off base here, but I thought I'd put it out
there.

Not to ask a stupid question, but I'm assuming he's taking those
grad classes at Rutgers? If he is, him not having a bunch of
Rutgers stuff all over his page isn't exactly a tell tale sign
he's looking elsewhere. I wouldn't overreact to this.
