that's the story of the entire pikiell era, and the last two
seasons. let's not make it this season too.
otherwise we look like burnt toast. but really, there is a lot
of bball left to play over the next 5 weeks.

We are flat again . If we lose this our season may start to

Lucky to be down only 5. Out rebounded, 0-7 from behind the arc.
Looks like a hangover effect from Saturday. Let’s see if we have
a sense of urgency in 2nd half.

Every offensive possession is a struggle, especially getting in
under the basket to score. Not sure when things turned to be
this difficult as this wasn't an issue during the non
conference. Think it's Yeboah's injury?

Yeboah isn’t nearly as quick since the injury, although that one
great move under the hoop plus one, looked like the old Akwasi.
We’re struggling to find the open man, and shots still being
forced. Cornish too amped up again, and needs to settle down,
and set the table. Umbc isn’t an offensive juggernaut by any
stretch, but we need to eliminate the O rebounds and stop those
easy backdoors.

Yeboah definitely is not playing 100%, but this team has depth
to step up and play. What I see happening is teams in the AE
have figured out SB weakness, and are exploiting it. When we
get the ball deep into the paint and are double and triple
coverage, nobody helps the baller out by getting free for a
pass. This is what is happening in the game and the game against
Vermont. Coach Boals needs mix up his game day strategy.

So far, another horrible night for the Seawolves.
I would take any Stony Brook team from 2010-16 to easily beat
the current Stony Brook squad.
