       Some quick hitters ...
       - Huge night for Garcia. He hit some big-time shots down the
stretch and played the end of regulation and OT at the 5. I did
       NOT see that coming.
       - 12 big minutes off the bench for Jules Moor. That guy is all
systems go. I thought his energy really gave us a lift we needed
       in the first half.
       - I like that Otchere got two fouls in the first 53 seconds and
then only one in his other 18 minutes on the floor is a positive
sign. He's going to be a force. And offensively, I know we
didn't see much, but I totally envisioned him bricking the two
free throws to keep us at zero in the first half but they looked
       pretty good to me!
       - Latimer is going to be some player here over the next four
       years.
       - Just seven minutes from Ochefu. And when Otchere got into foul
trouble, Christie was the first one off the bench. Interesting.
       - Cornish was key at the end. As far as running the offense, he
won't ever be this pure point guard, but we need his ability to
penetrate and get to the rack.
       - Pure guts from Olaniyi. Here's hoping he can get his FT% up.
Two big makes at the line to cut it to two in regulation. I love
how active he, Moor and Latimer were defensively.
       - Six guys with at least four boards (love it) and 18 offensive
boards led to 20 second chance points.
       - I love how we mixed it up defensively with man to start, then
some zone and press. Loved the different looks against a young
       team.
       - GW 3 for 12 from the line in overtime. Nolan 3 for 10 for the
game. A BRUTAL loss but at least they're back on the floor
       Thursday.

Great win! Totally forgot about this game.... was glued to cnn.
I was even planning to get the espn+ starting today. Can’t
believe I missed such an awesome comeback win.
Hartford is overrated. I think we are closest to give Vermont a
good fight to top the league standing.

I just got back from the game a short while ago, and I barely
have my voice from cheering so much, but..... I'm speechless.
Nothing else needs to be said really GO SB!!!!!
Greatest basketball game I've ever seen. I'm going to take
credit for GW's missed free throws in the 4th quarter and OT ;D
;D This performance has got to make the Sportscenter top 10 or
something because a comeback like that is the stuff of legends.

Slowly but surely chipped away! Garcia with a couple of 3’s,
Lattimore can shoot it, Elijah good second half, Yeboah finally
hit big shot, Mckenzie ran offense solidly in second half.
Heckuva win! Hopefully will build on this Friday.

Reflecting more on the game, it's truly fantastic what we were
able to overcome given that the refs were total garbage too.
Calling phantom penalties against SBU, while barely calling
anything against GW among other things. The place was loud too
       for only being half full.
Latimer, Otchere, and Moor are the real deal based on what I saw
tonight. They all really impressed me. This is all with Yeboah,
our best player being a non-factor for much of the game, and
really not playing all that many minutes. He came through when
it counted though. Christie has a lot to learn, but he's got
time. We've got a good team here, and the best part is, everyone
I just mentioned other than Yeboah is a freshman or sophomore.
If we can keep everyone together, we can definitely make a solid
push to the NCAA tournament this year and next. In two years I
expect to be receiving preseason top 25 votes. These guys can do
       it.
We completely embarrassed an A-10 squad on their home court in
the second half. The A10 is frequently a top ten league too. If
we can do that to these guys, we ought to handle most of the AE.
It's possible this GW team winds up being total trash, but I
       don't think they're that bad.

So in terms of deficits to start a game, it’s second only to New
Mexico State’s comeback from 28-0 down more than 40 years ago.
       How about that?!?

i was going to write the same exact post, but my CPU blew up.
of course, it blew up RIGHT before the 10 point run. so i
missed the comeback into halftime. ill try to go back and watch
       it today.
also wanted to add that i like the second half press- we messed
things up for them, and it worked on OT as well. another good
result of running cornish/mack/lattimer in a rotation, keep them
       fresh.
