Hard to out-recruit any P5 school, let alone Michigan. Let's see
how this goes though. At that level P5 schools do a lot of bait
and switch recruiting tactics with players since there are so
many players who would love to play for a blue blood like
Michigan.

All 6 commitments that have given SBU their verbal commit will
sign in December according to the coaches who recruited them.
Know one on the SBU staff is concerned about any of these
players signing elsewhere.

Is there a quality QB in one of these commitments?
I know Fields is going to be SB next QB to start, but something
telling me he is not much better passer than Carbone. Hard to
say with certainty because of the limited role. I would like to
see what Freshman Zamot has under the hood.
Maybe with all the talented players being recruited lately, SB
can find a high caliber QB for the next 4 years..

Isas Waxter II visited Syracuse yesterday as well. Sounds like
to me he is being offered by the big boys. Could be a flight
risk.

Fields is more athletic though. Hopefully him using his legs
will keep defenses honest and open up more throwing lanes.

Possibly yes. It's hard to keep a play committed to an FCS
school once Michigan, Syracuse, etc. come calling.
