Correct. Parris was one of the first players invited in, but
Will he be healthy enough to play with that broken ankle still
on the mend????

For the Senior Bowl it's more important to show off your skills
during the practice week than actually playing in the game so
the scouts can see your skill set how coachable you are against
your peers. If he can do anything positive during the practice
week it go along way in determining if he will get drafted.
As far as other players not getting invites to lesser bowl games
some might have gotten invites but had other commitments

Hey Campi.. Any insight into weather Parris is a go or not with
the Resses Bowl???

From what I heard he is going to give it all he has to be ready
for it I will know more over the next couple of weeks and will
pass it on as soon as I know

I saw Shawn Heilbron at the Basketball game tonight and asked
him if Paris was going to be ready to go, he replied no. Paris
will be there but not playing. He coujld possibly be doing some
drill, but time will tell. He is still in the boot as of today..

Paris really shouldn't rush back. I get we want a guy drafted,
but neither Tye or Ochi got drafted even with all the hype they
got (Ochi got some hype anyway). He could still get drafted even
without the Senior Bowl. If he has a good pro day, the scouts
have seen his tape. I haven't looked at any draft projections,
but I don't think he'd be going before round 5 anyway, so it's
best if he's fully healed so he can have an impact in camp.
