It's pretty unbelievable that Jackolski is 16 in FCS history for
all purpose yards considering he spent his sophomore year at
Hofstra on the defensive side of the ball. I really hope he gets
a chance in the NFL. I'm confident that he could contribute if
he finds the right the fit, something like the Patriots who
manage to use undersized guys like Welker and Woodhead.

Yeah, I can see how Jackowlski reminds of Welker. I thought I
read somewhere that Jackowlski has 4.3 speed in the 40 yd
dash...not sure if I read it on this board. With that number,
and his accomplishments, he's surely going to get some good
looks.

He ran a 4.3 going into his senior year at UConn recruiting camp
(they offered him a scholarship there). He's put on 30 lbs since
then, he's an honest 200 lbs now, so I'm not sure how that's
affected his 40. Regardless, he's a pretty incredible athlete. I
think he's got a similar build/athleticism to Welker. I'm sure
he was a lot of work to do as far as route running and his hands
are concerned, but he could potentially be a solid slot/third
down back. He's also won't turn 22 until september. I don't know
if that helps or hurts him, but it's shocking how good he has
been both in high school and college considering how young he
has been at both stages.

Actually, i wouldve thought after the showing at SHSU, they
wouldve been in the top ten.
