I dont know how serious the injury is on Bolden but sometimes
the boot is used as a precaution.

A couple of oddities at the game re:Bolden - playing catch on
the sideline in a boot is not good for ankle, unless it's truly
not serious. Also, Carbone take hard practice throws from
backup QB's throughout the game - can't we have someone catch
the ball for him. Risking a jammed finger in this cold weather.
Lehigh won the battle early on, but SBU blew them out in the 2nd
half. Nice job boys!

Fun game, but 4000 attendance and 0 student fans is
embarrassing..

4,000 is really good considering most people have other plans
well in advance to the committee picking Stony Brook for a home
game in the first round.

Yeah. I didnt expect much better than today. Students are away
from school and probably weren't even aware there was a playoff
game. It's all good!

There might be some funny accounting regarding the announced
attendance #. Pretty sure all ticket sales for playoff games are
supposed to go back to the NCAA. I wouldn't be shocked if they
"miscounted" how many SBU students they let into the game as the
athletic department has to pay for those students out of pocket
since they admitted to the game for free. Just something to
consider.
I was pretty happy with the crowd and thought the fans did a
good job getting into the game. In general, I think Stony Brook
athletics is really turning a corner. I keep hearing overhearing
people around town talking about the teams. It's anecdotal but
it seems like the community more engaged than ever.

Congrats on the win! Excited to have you guys down to
Harrisonburg. I like the comment from Coach P. It’s dumb but I
wouldn’t expect a coach to say anything different. I do however
expect a coach to say it in a different place like his locker
room where only his players hear.
For anyone making the trip down safe Travels and stop by P Lot
for some beverages and food.
