I wont do the trip. not many will. I am a big fan. But making
the trip down there will be exhausting. The end of the semester
is coming and I have to remain focused. Still, I will set up a
viewing in my Building's Lounge so that those interested can

I'd expect it to be mostly players family. We do have a couple
players from Texas so hopefully those guys can bring a crowd,
but in general I don't think there's going to be very many
there. What do expect attendance to be?

Well, attendance is a touchy subject around SHSU. The actual
attendance number seems to be far more than what's published. So
if I had to guess, I would say around 7500-8500 fans, not
including SBU fans. It's hard to tell with the semester coming
to a close. Hopefully SHSU fans will turn out, especially since
this game will be the poster child for smash mouth football.

I'm trying to stay positive. We took Utep to overtime. I have to
think Utep attracts better talent than Sam Houston. Sam Houston
will throw different looks at us, but I don't think they are
head and shoulders more talented than we are. With a good
gameplan and good execution, I think we could pull out the
upset.

Me too. We need to play better than last we did on saturday, but
this team has the talent and the coaching.

Well. I originally though that we were going to be abused... But
hopefully it turns out to be the total opposite. SBU should go
down there and compete and try to win. It is the #1 seed which
still hasn't lost a game. We can be their first loss. I'll be
positive about it!
