Maryland at the Colliseum is nice. Looks like the second end of
a "home" and home with our half at the coliseum. Not a bad get
at all. I'll always be in favor of playing Big East teams so
Providence is a good get even if it's a road game. We should be
playing a couple of B1G and Big East teams annually in our
non-conference since both are strong leagues and many are
academic peers with us. I also love playing hofstra annually as
well (last years's result aside). The mixture of power
conference teams, hofstra, and whoever is hot in the AE that
year should make for a decent home schedule most years.

Shaping up to be a decent schedule. With Hofstra, Brown and St
Francis at home those will be good games. Lets see what else
coach Boals has planned.

I'm curious if Boals can work his connections in Ohio to bring
in a MAC team. For me, on the surface, the likes of Bowling
Green or Akron beats Rider or Fairleigh Dickinson any day. Just
give me something different.

Agreed. Thats a question I will bring to his attention at the
next basketball meeting.

Getting a MAC Team here would be a plus for sure. Even get
Buffalo to play here . We have played them in soccer at SBU.

With you there. The MAC being an FBS league will have schools
with more (even if only ever so slightly) name recognition.
Playing those schools will be much better than playing some
random NEC or MAAC team that literally nobody outside of
conference realignment forums have ever heard of before.

St. Francis (Pa.) confirmed for Saturday, December 2 at our
place. Listed as a 7pm tip.
We beat them by 12 in their gym behind a game-high and
season-high 17 from Sekunda. I'd love to see more of that this
season.

Our AD's weekly Blog says we be in a tournament sponsored by
Nike involving 3 road games and one home game . Could be a nice
schedule Boals has put together.
