Yes, I've seen both of them play, although it's been awhile.
From what I remember, Dallas is more of a combo than a PG, in
that facilitating is not his strong point. He can score, is
aggressive off the bounce, and will push in transition. He
needs to work on being consistent with his jumper....Hall is a
pretty good rebounder, and is physical inside. I will get to
see Hall again when he plays Puriefoy during the high school
season (St. Anthony vs. Bishop Eustace), as both will be top 20
teams in NJ, and I plan on seeing Dallas again at some point as
well. SB has nothing to worry about as far as comparing the
duos, and I would think that SB will see more of an immediate
impact than Hofstra will. Make no mistake though, Anglin and
Hall are good players, and will have successful careers at
Hofstra. IMO, they have both been "hyped" a bit, while Warney
and Puriefoy have been under the radar until recently. Warney
started to get some attention late, but fortunately for you, he
had already decided that he fit at SB. He is an absolute beast
on the boards/low block, and is probably a better low post
scorer than anyone on your roster right now! Puriefoy is very
good, and you will be pleased that he didn't get the hype. He
is as quick as anyone, and really shoots it.

This class plus Cousins would be a pretty remarkable influx of
       talent for Stony Brook.

According to Rivals, Hofstra, Iona and Manhattan have offered,
with interest from Siena, Albany, Monmouth, George Mason and
Quinnipiac, but who really knows for sure? Rumor has him
"wanting" to go to a higher level, but that's probably most
kids, whether its the best fit or not. IF you are able to get
him, you would have a very strong class....interesting to see
what you do with the last scholarship.

I believe we offered at some point in July. Also I read an
article on him in June where he said he wasn't concerned what
about the level of play and that he'd look at any school willing
to give him a free education, but, that very well could have
changed now that he has more options. I like our chances at the
moment considering he turned an A10 school and still seems to be
       considering Stony Brook.
I think we keep recruiting Cousins because as a mid major you
need to bring in as much talent as you can. If we don't get
Cousins, I think we need to bring in another big, possibly a
       juco.

I just found a couple high light videos of Ryan Burnett at some
       camps.

I think he's grown a couple inches over the last year so it'll
be interesting to see how tall he gets and how he physically
matures. Definitely has a lot of upside.

Burnett will be the key guy on his high school team this year,
after playing a supporting role last year with multiple D1
teammates who are now in college. He's an athletic slasher who
can also knock down the perimeter shot, something that I don't
see a lot of on your roster right now. It will be interesting
to see how his Sr. year goes; same for Warney and Puriefoy.
Nice class with a little of everything (pg, wing and big man).

Our three commits played games this weekend. Burnett had 20 pts
in an 87-55 win. Puriefoy had 24 pts, 5 assists, and 3 steals in
his season opener. Warney had 20 pts and 10 boards against a
very good St. Benedicts teams which prompted this tweet from a
       Scout.com recruiting analyst

Saw that Puriefoy had 19 in his second game, which was a blowout
win (81-49)....Warney is an absolute beast! He is as good a
post up player as anyone in the AE right now. He steps right
into your starting line-up next year, as I would imagine
Puriefoy does. Here's an article on Puriefoy I found that I
       posted on the AE board:

I believe this completes your 2012 recruiting class. I doubt
that you have had a better class:

Quick, have you seen or do you know anything about Reid? I like
him based on the limited info I've found.
